This was my first home purchase and Al was the right man for the job. I had an idea of what I wanted and gave that information to Al, he came up with a list of potential properties quickly and off we went. The first set of properties met the criteria that I had given to Al but I quickly realized that they were not what I wanted after all. It seems as if Al knew better what I wanted than I did myself since the next set of properties he presented were perfect! The whole process took a mere 1-2 weeks from speaking with Al to putting an in an offer on my now home. He was very knowledgeable about all of the properties, gave advice on potential issues, made a great recommendation for a home inspector and made the whole process so simple and easy.
